Our forte and love is in offering and catering to our clients, a diverse menu of delicious hors d’oeuvres, entrees, and desserts, prepared on-location and using the freshest ingredients available. True to our name, we provide top-notch outdoor barbeque grilling, but we do much, much more. Whether it be a small intimate celebration or an event with over 1,000 guests, we can meet your needs.
We are dedicated to full-service gourmet catering at elegant weddings and rehearsal dinners, distinctive fund raisers, corporate and community events, birthdays, and anniversaries. We can meet your event needs at just about any location of your choice in or around Santa Barbara, Montecito, Santa Ynez, Ojai, and the beautiful central coast wine country.

Fundamental to our company's quality service and reputation is our professional kitchen staff and the wonderful food they prepare. Leading our culinary team is Executive Chef Gerald Phillips, professionally trained at the Columbia School of Culinary Arts and the Culinary Institute of America. He has served as Education Chairman at the American Culinary Federation. He has over 25 years experience in work as an Executive Chef in catering and restaurant management. A native of the Santa Barbara area, Chef Philips guides our kitchen team in preparation of seasonal cuisine dependent on what our local farmers, ranches, and fisherman can provide. We have a passion for preparing delicious and fresh food on-site and for working with each individual client to customize the menu needed for their special event.
You can count on us for outstanding food, but we are not just a food catering company. We can assist you with all aspects of your wedding or event.
